Navigating Live Week (April 27th – May 1st)

Live week is here! Below is some helpful information to help you, and us, navigate the week: 

Last Months Bill

All members will receive a mailed copy of their most recent bill (covering 3/18/26–4/18/26), including those enrolled in paperless billing. This will be the final bill issued through our old system. Please retain this statement for your records, as it will not be accessible in the new system.

SmartHub Registration

Starting Monday, April 27th at 8:00 AM, our team will begin sending out SmartHub registration emails. These emails will be sent out in random batches; we are not sending out a mass email campaign. You may not get your email until Tuesday or Wednesday. You may wait to receive your email to sign up or use your previous account number to register. However, please note that account numbers cannot be retrieved from the old online system, so you will need to have that information saved or use last months bill that was mailed out. We recommend waiting for your registration email for the easiest setup experience.

New System Transition

Our customer service team will be working in a new system during this time. As they adjust, response times may be slower than usual. We appreciate your patience as our team becomes familiar with the new platform.

Payment Options & Support

We encourage customers to utilize online resources whenever possible during launch week. To help ease the transition, late fees and service disconnects will be waived. If you prefer, cash and check payments are still accepted in the lobby, by mail, or through the night drop box.

Auto Pay Members

If you were on auto pay in our old system you will need to re-register for auto pay in our new system!

Outage Map

The outage management portion of our new system is scheduled to go live in May. At that time, you will be able to report outages via SmartHub and view real time outages.
