Below is some important information to help you navigate SmartHub & the transition to our new system:

Electric Bills from (3/18/26–4/18/26)

All members will receive a mailed copy of their bill (covering 3/18/26–4/18/26), including those enrolled in paperless billing. This will be the final bill issued through our old "legacy" system. Please retain this statement for your records, as it will not be accessible in the new system.

SmartHub Registration

Starting Monday, April 27th at 8:00 AM, our team will begin sending out SmartHub registration emails. These emails will be sent out in random batches; we are not sending out a mass email campaign. You may not get your email until Tuesday or Wednesday. You may wait to receive your email to sign up or use your previous account number to register. However, please note that account numbers cannot be retrieved from the old online system, so you will need to have that information saved or use last months bill that was mailed out. We recommend waiting for your registration email for the easiest setup experience.

Payment Options & Support

We encourage customers to utilize online resources whenever possible. To help ease the transition to our new system, late fees and service disconnects will be waived for the billing period (covering 3/18/26–4/18/26). If you prefer, cash and check payments are still accepted in the lobby, by mail, or through the night drop box.

Auto Pay Members

If you were on auto pay in our old system you will need to re-register for auto pay in our new system! When you register for auto pay it does not register you for this current billing cycle. Your auto pay will begin drafting for next months bill (4/18/26 through 5/18/26). So if you register for auto pay you will still need to pay your current bill from (3/18/26 through 4/18/26).

Quick Pay Option

We still offer a Quick Pay option for those who do not want to create a SmartHub account, you will need to provide your account number and your last name (or business name). Please note that this is ONE time only pay option, this option does not store payment methods and it does not allow you schedule future payments.

Like you, we realize how frustrating it can feel to open your paper bill at the end of the month to a higher-than-expected amount. Save money with SmartHub Usage Monitoring by eliminating the guess work and instantly accessing your monthly usage to make the right decision about your account.

Alerts and Notifications
Utilizing SmartHub allows you to stay up to date on important account notifications and outage communication with the Alerts and Notifications feature. You deserve to have real time updates in the event of an outage or service interruption without being left in the dark.
